Pre & Post operative

Pre-operative care:

Surgery is just one step in your recovery—how you prepare and how you rehabilitate afterward can make all the difference. At Pillar Performance, every session is 60 minutes and always one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy.  Together, we create a personalized treatment plan and a proactive, strategic approach to help you build strength and mobility before surgery and lay the foundation for a smoother, faster recovery. Our philosophy goes beyond simply getting you out of pain—we’re committed to helping you Reach Beyond Recovery

Post-operative care:
Following your procedure, your care continues with an individualized post-operative plan. We take a holistic approach to programming.  By integrating clinical expertise with performance training principles, we create goal-driven programs that reduce the risk of re-injury and elevate your overall fitness. We focus on correcting underlying issues that may have led to years of pain and restoring function, minimizing complications, and helping you return to your daily life and fully prepared to do what you love—with confidence and strength.

Reach Beyond Recovery

             Look Beyond Pain

Our ultimate goal is to help you achieve your physical fitness goals while minimizing the risk of re-injury.

Continuing to develop the root cause of your injury (which is not necessarily where you experienced pain) will help you get back to doing what you love at pre-injury levels.

You benefit from doctorate level physical therapy knowledge with years of personal training experience to create a customized training program.

We evaluate the function of the body as a whole, not just at the singular point of pain, injury or weakness.

We utilize movement screening to identify areas of weakness while analyzing the interactions of each joint, to help you get back on track...stronger.

We accomplish this through some of the following methods:

  • Movement screening to identify asymmetries and areas if weakness
