Pre & Post operative care
Recovery doesn’t start after surgery, it often starts before
Surgery is only one step in your recovery. How you prepare and how you rehabilitate afterward determines your outcome.
We combine pre-operative preparation, post-operative rehabilitation, and performance-focused training to help you recover efficiently and return stronger, not just pain-free.
Whether you’re preparing for surgery or already recovering, our approach is designed to restore strength, rebuild confidence, and get you back to the activities that matter most.

WHO THIS IS FOR
-
Preparing for an upcoming surgery and want to optimize recovery
-
Recently had surgery and looking to safely regain strength and mobility
-
Need guidance and 1:1 attention to progress through a post-op rehab protocol
-
Wanting to return to training, sport, or daily activity with confidence
-
Dealing with lingering stiffness, weakness, or movement limitations after surgery
-
Looking to reduce risk of re-injury and long-term setbacks
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
Most surgical rehab focuses on timelines and basic exercises.
Most programs separate rehab from long-term strength and performance.
We combine preparation, rehabilitation, and performance-focused training to help you recover efficiently and return stronger, not just pain-free.
Our approach ensures you’re not just recovering from surgery, but building the strength, control, and capacity needed for long-term success.

pre-operative preparation
Recovery begins before surgery.
Pre-operative care focuses on building strength, maintaining mobility, and establishing movement patterns that will carry into your rehabilitation process. We also prepare you for what to expect post-operatively: including early mobility, weight-bearing progression, and initial exercise strategies.
Entering surgery with a stronger, more prepared baseline helps preserve function, reduce setbacks, and create a smoother transition into rehabilitation.
post-operative rehabilitation
Rehabilitation after surgery is a structured, phase-based process; not a one-size-fits-all timeline.
Early phases focus on restoring mobility, managing symptoms, and gradually reintroducing weightbearing and basic movement. As healing progresses, we advance into strength development, movement retraining, and higher-level functional tasks.
For lower body procedures, this may include progression from walking to running and impact-based activity. For upper body procedures, we focus on restoring strength, control, and tolerance for load.
Each phase is guided by your recovery and performance — ensuring you progress safely while building the capacity required for long-term return to activity.
