Dr. Sam Becourtney,
PT, DPT, CSCS

Sam is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with multiple years of outpatient sports experience, prior to starting Pillar Performance in 2023. Sam received his Doctorate from New York University.  Sam has trained athletes for the NFL Combine as well as special operations military personnel and is a trusted and respected provider to many orthopedic doctors in New York.

Dr. Tim Blackley,
PT, DPT, MS, CSCS

Tim is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and is an athlete, which naturally led him into the field of sports performance and rehab. Tim received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Columbia University, where he received advanced training in orthopedics and sports.  He has worked at elite performance facilities, training and rehabbing professional athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL.

Dr. Sabrina Yakubovich,
PT, DPT, CSCS

Sabrina is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Prior to earning her Doctorate at New York University, she spent 18 years training in both ballroom dance and ballet — an experience that continues to inform her clinical practice while working closely with performing artists, helping cast members from Broadway productions such as The Lion King, Hadestown, and Hamilton return to the stage safely and confidently.

Dr. Avery Young,
PT, DPT, CSCS

Avery is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  As a physical therapist, Avery has worked with a diverse range of clients, from NFL athletes to individuals seeking to restore balance and strength in their everyday lives. Avery is a Herman and Wallace Pelvic Floor Certified Specialist, specializing in pre and postpartum pain management and strength and conditioning, empowering her patients to move more confidently.
