Founder
Sam is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with multiple years of outpatient sports experience in New York City. Sam’s passion for movement began with his undergraduate Exercise Physiology studies and ultimately led to his Doctorate degree from New York University. It shaped his career as a physical therapist and personal trainer. Throughout his time practicing, Sam has trained athletes for the NFL Combine as well as special operations military personnel at elite performance facilities in Florida. Sam is a trusted and respected provider to many orthopedic doctors in New York City and values the dynamic collaboration he has been able to create between Medical Doctor, Physical Therapist, and Personal Trainer.

Sam has a passion for educating others and is an integral member of the adjunct faculty in the NYU Department of Physical Therapy. Sam values patient education and takes pride in his ability to explain the rationale behind specific exercises, allowing patients to maximize the benefits of their time and help facilitate independence towards a healthier lifestyle. In his spare time, Sam enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and watching sports. He will happily engage in a conversation about his frustration with the state of the Mets or Knicks organizations.
